It is highly recommended you enlist at least 1 co-host to assist with slide advancing, Q&A, and/or technical difficulties. As the Host, you are responsible everything goes smoothly. Like any "Live Event" delivered with talent, on a stage, these virtual events require preparation and practice. I also suggest setting up a few practice webinars prior to any real webinars. I encourage everyone to attend Zoom's live trainings before scheduling their first Webinar. I was sitting here hosting a live virtual training for a client who delivers technical training via zoom on a regular basis and decided to take the time to jot down a checklist for a colleague of mine who was getting ready to produce an hour-long live webinar.
